My therapy style of approach draws from mindfulness, art therapy, processing trauma using Narrative Therapy, CBT,and MAP. Overall my sessions range from being structured or unstructured depending on my client’s needs. I am very flexible in using specific interventions catered to each client, and will develop a treatment plan based on what the client and I work on together. I tend to use art therapy interventions with most of my clients to help them process trauma, plan for goals they wish to achieve, and celebrate accomplishments they have made.
