I provide therapy with a genuine, positive, judgement-free, and laid back atmosphere for anyone who is seeking help in overcoming life’s obstacles. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens and utilize attachment, cognitive behavioral, integrative/holistic, person centered, mindfulness, and solution focused theories. This integrative approach allows me to build a supportive and safe environment with clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Emphasis on our mind, body, and spirit connection is integrated into treatment with the use of somatic techniques and focus on the here and now. In implementing mindfulness-based techniques, my clients are encouraged to incorporate relaxation tools into their daily lives in order to gain a greater sense of peace and balance.
