I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating both attachment and relational-cultural theory. I believe that understanding is the first step on the journey towards change; much of my focus is centered around self reflection and exploration. I am direct yet gentle as a therapist.
